For Core Members. Improving your hamstring flexibility is so important for your overall strength and movement. Tight hamstrings can cause hip stiffness, can increase your risk of injury during exercising and can cause lower back pain. We will be kind to our hamstrings this month by doing gentle stretches to focus on improving the length of your hamstrings. We will be starting the challenge with a hamstring flexibility test which will measure your before and after results. Let's get all loose this month!
