Are you struggling with tight shoulders? Stiff neck? Reduced movement? Tension headaches? Tight jaw? Achy back? Then please join me to finally tackle those pains that we think is ok to just ignore! I have selected 5 videos for you to stretch and strengthen your upper body. It would be great to get into a daily routine so add these in when is most convenient. There is a 5 day cycle of videos. Ideally you will do these videos in order from 1-5 every, doing 1 a day for 5 days then repeating them throughout the month. You can do this every day so you would complete 6 rounds of the videos in total in November. Or you could choose to do the cycle of 5 videos each week completing 4 rounds.
