5 days of Pilates with a focus to work and stretch your whole body. Starting of the week with a general full body release then you will have 4 targeted sessions working specific areas of the body. By the end of the 5 days you will feel those muscles worked but also a feeling that your body is more relaxed and less tight. These sessions are short so they are easy to fit in and around busy schedules.
